AusBos Social Housing is a real estate development firm specializing in residential projects at the intersection of density, affordability, and social impact. We are committed to providing community-minded urban infill housing for Austinites and Bostonians facing housing scarcity.

Our current portfolio includes 10 projects in active or early development stages projected to deliver approximately 250 mixed-income residential units, with nearly 25% of these homes to be offered at income-restricted rates. We also own 21 investment properties, with more than half rented as affordable housing for refugee families, people in recovery from addiction, and individuals transitioning out of homelessness.

We are proud to also own Plugin House. The Plugin System uses prefabricated panels with integrated structure, insulation, and finishes — those panels lock together and can be assembled with just an Allen wrench.
